Encyclopedia Georgia is the multivolume scientific edition, the aim of which is to give the complete information on Georgia and Georgians, about the important events, facts and the persons connected with Georgia as well. “Georgia” is an encyclopedia constructed in alphabetic order. It lights up all the spheres of education and practical activity. These valuable data are given in contexts of global historical-cultural process: considering the historical past, the present and the geopolitical factor of our country, our nation is shown as the integral part of the global civilization.
The first volume was edited in 1997, second volume – March, 2013. For the present the third volume is being prepared.
