ORTOGRAPHYC DICTIONARY of GEOGRAPHIC NAMES of the SOVIET REPUBLIC of GEORGIA

Was edited by the Chief Editorial Board of Georgian Soviet Encyclopedia in 1987, was prepared by Institute of Linguistics of Georgian National Academy of Sciences.

The dictionary contains the names of all settlements, more or less important mountain ridges, mountains, summits, passes, rivers, lakes and other geographic objects (4450 village, 40 cities, 40 hamlets, 1450 rivers, 555 mountains, 180 mountain ridges, 132 summits, 138 passes, etc.).
The publication gives the correct spelling of the toponyms, the changes of stem of names while the declension, the locations of geographic units.
